Define what customers can book, organised into clean categories.
Services are the menu customers book from. Categories group them so the booking page stays easy to scan.
Creating a service
- Name & description — what the customer is booking.
- Price & duration — used for checkout and availability.
- Category — optional grouping shown on your page.
- Deposit — optional upfront amount to reduce no-shows.
Editing and removing
You can update a service at any time. Removing one performs a history-preserving soft-delete: it disappears from your live booking page, but past bookings, invoices and reports that reference it stay intact.
Use categories generously. A customer who can find the right service quickly is far more likely to finish booking.
