Bookka has three plans plus add-ons so you only pay for what you need.
Plans
- Free — 5 bookings/month, 2 team members, 1 location.
- Pro ($30/mo) — unlimited bookings, 5 team members, 1 location, 500 SMS/month, AI tools.
- Business ($60/mo) — 20 team members, 2 locations, 1,000 SMS/month, ads, AI chatbot, accounting, API access.
Annual billing saves around 17% ($300/year for Pro, $600/year for Business). All prices are in AUD.
Add-ons
- Extra staff seat — $14.95/month each (Pro & Business).
- Extra location — $19.95/month each (Pro & Business).
Add-ons are billed on a separate monthly subscription. Adding capacity is prorated and takes effect immediately; reductions are non-refundable but you keep access until the end of the period.
Changing plans
Upgrades are immediate and prorated. Downgrades are scheduled for the end of your current billing period, so you keep your features until then.
