Bookka uses a single, predictable cancellation cutoff so both you and your customers know where you stand.
The cancellation cutoff
You set one cutoff window (for example, 24 hours before the appointment). Cancellations before the cutoff are treated differently from cancellations after it, which keeps your policy simple to explain.
Refunds
When a deposit was taken and a refund is due, Bookka processes it back through Stripe and moves the booking into a clear refunded state. The customer is notified by SMS and/or email so there are no surprises.
