Bookka runs all of it from the one dashboard: - **A native loyalty programme, not an add-on.** Businesses choose points per dollar spent or a stamp card (one stamp per visit), and customers earn across all three channels — online bookings, in-person POS sales and online shop orders. The business names the points, sets the earn rate, minimum spend, daily earn cap and expiry, and defines its own rewards; customers redeem against a booking or at the counter. Included on Business and Executive. Points already earned stay redeemable even if a business drops to Free. - **Gift cards on every plan.** Sold straight from the business's own booking page in preset or custom amounts, delivered by email, and redeemed either at the POS or against a booking. - **Social publishing built in.** Schedule and publish to Instagram, Facebook and TikTok from one composer and calendar, with per-platform previews before posting and likes and comments pulled back per post afterwards.
