Get your business live on Bookka and take your first booking in minutes.
This guide walks you from a brand-new account to your first confirmed booking. The whole thing takes about ten minutes.
Create your business
- 1Sign up at the Bookka Business signup page and verify your email.
- 2Enter your business name, category, address and timezone. Your timezone anchors every booking time, so set it correctly.
- 3Add your logo, cover photo and a short description — this is what customers see in the marketplace.
Add your services
Services are what customers actually book. Each service has a name, price, duration and (optionally) a category and deposit.
- Group related services into categories (e.g. "Haircuts", "Colour") to keep your booking page tidy.
- Set a duration so Bookka can calculate availability and prevent double-bookings.
- Optionally require a deposit to reduce no-shows — deposits are taken through Stripe.
Invite your team
Add the people who deliver services. Each bookable team member gets their own availability and can be assigned to specific services.
The account owner is not counted as a seat unless they opt in as a bookable member. So a solo owner on the Free plan still has both seats available for staff.
Share your booking page
Your public page is live the moment your profile is complete. Share the link, add it to your social bios, and customers can book 24/7. Bookings appear instantly on your dashboard calendar.
